Thursday mornings when I go to the gym I like to pick up a sushi roll from my friend Leo, to pop in the lunchboxes on a Friday.  Makes it much easier for me to get their lunchboxes filled in the morning if one compartment is already done!

Tyga has a tuna avocado sushi roll, cucumber, kiwi, slinky apple, a cheese stick, smoked salon rose and some olives.

Lulu has a salmon and avocado sushi roll, a salmon love heart sandwich, a cheese stick, a slinky apple an some olives.

So obviously I get kiwi fruit just like they price it on the sign - 8 for $2.  Which means the kids get kiwi fruit for a fair few days in their lunchboxes!!!

Lulu has kiwi and a slinky apple, coleslaw sandwich, crackers with butter, dried pineapple, two roasted pumpkin rice balls and some fresh cucumber.

Tyga gets slinky apple and kiwi, a salmon sandwich, cornichons, snow peas and cucumber.

Lulu has discovered coleslaw! Cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise....what's not to like!  So she has it on a sandwich, then kiwi slices with orange wedges (we eat the skin of the kiwi when it is cut like that - super fibre!!!), dried pineapple and some fresh cucumber.

A simple lunch today ...strips of capsicum and cucumber, an avocado sandwich, some orange and dried mango.
